SATURDAY!
SoleMates
Group Run - 7:00 a.m. every Saturday at
Runner's Den
(6505 N 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016). Distance:
varies.
The group follows an out and back course so it is easy to
turn back early or add on miles. Men and women of all paces and
distances welcome! No need to register for SoleMates to

February 5, 2012: Join Girls on the Run as a participant
or volunteer at the XTERRA Arizona Trail Race Series at McDowell
Mountain. We are grateful to partner with this race series
and promise a great time to all volunteers at aid stations,
registration etc. To sign up as a volunteer, please contact Meagan
at meagan@gotrmc.org. Volunteer shifts will start at about 6:00
a.m.
February 12, 2012: Join Girls on the Run at the Runner's
Den Road Races!
Thirty-four years and running! Enjoy one of the oldest
and most popular events on the Valley running calendar!
Originally staged in 1979 to showcase the talents of marathon
legend Bill Rodgers, the event remains a Valley Classic.
Participants may also participate in both events and "Double
Down" if they are feeling fit and lucky. By popular demand, the 10K
distance will be returning to the lineup. All events will
feature the ChronoTrack bib chip timing system. Proceeds benefit
Girls on the Run!

New Balance Girls on the Run 5K
