Site Visit Team

As a Site Visit Volunteer, you will be given the unique opportunity to connect with coaches and participate in lessons with our Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole girls at site visits during the season. You will help support program delivery and contribute to our mission of helping every girl reach her limitless potential! 


Our council can create internship opportunities on an individual basis, helping you get the most out of your experience. Focus areas: volunteer recruitment, program support, marketing, communications, social media, graphic design, videography, operations, special events and fundraising.

Group Opportunities

Are you part of a group or organization that wants to make an impact in our community? Girls on the Run would love to have you get involved with our program. Here are a few ways you can make a difference while working together:

  • Volunteer together at a Girls on the Run 5K event – from cheer zones to water stations to handing out medals at the finish line and more – there are numerous ways for you to help bring this joyful end of season celebration to life!
  • Volunteer together at the Limitless Potential Brunch.
  • Support our girls and teams with group volunteer projects that you can complete at our office or your location.
  • Team up to contribute much needed services such as translation, transportation, photography, videography, marketing or PR.

5K Volunteers

Our end of season 5K provides a tangible sense of accomplishment to participants. To celebrate and make the experience one to remember, there are many opportunities to get involved including:
