October Girl Hero, Jenna Bailey

Meet Jenna, Our October Girl Hero! For Jenna Bailey, founder of Bailey Law Firm, hard work, perseverance and the willingness to learn from failure have shaped both her personal and professional journey. Growing up as a competitive swimmer and eventually continuing her athletic career at Arizona State University, Jenna learned valuable lessons about discipline, dedication and resilience. But some of her most important lessons came not from her successes, but from the times she fell short of her goals.

“Falling short in swimming taught me not to give up when things are hard and to learn from and build off failures.” That mindset has stayed with Jenna throughout her career. Seven years ago, she started Bailey Law Firm on her own, without a single client. Today, her firm has grown to a team of ten employees and has helped thousands of clients navigate difficult circumstances.

At the heart of Bailey Law Firm is a commitment to innovation and collaboration. Jenna believes that everyone brings valuable ideas to the table, which is why her team regularly comes together to brainstorm ways to improve, grow and approach challenges differently.

That same belief in empowering others is reflected in Bailey Law Firm’s continued support of Girls on the Run. For years, Jenna and her team have generously sponsored and attended the Limitless Potential Brunch, helping make the event possible while celebrating the strength, confidence and potential of girls in our community.

What began as an opportunity to support a meaningful cause has also become a cherished team tradition. Each year, Bailey Law Firm comes together to celebrate the strength, confidence and potential of girls in their community, leaving with a renewed sense of inspiration and connection.

For Jenna, the idea of limitless potential is deeply personal. Her own experiences have shown her the importance of believing in yourself, working hard and continuing forward even when the path isn't easy.

“There is no ceiling on what a person with work ethic and drive can accomplish. I believe it means I am responsible for my future and my path, and I hope young girls feel the same.”

Thank you, Jenna, and the entire Bailey Law Firm team, for your continued generosity and commitment to helping girls recognize their limitless potential!
